Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and participation in The Baddie Blueprint ("the Course"), a live online course offered by AJ Sharp Astrology ("we," "us," or "AJ"). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
1. The Course
The Baddie Blueprint is a 4-week live group course delivered via Zoom. It includes four live sessions, replay access, a bonus masterclass (Saturn for Business Baddies on April 22, 2026), the 2026 Baddie Astrology Guide, and, for the first 7 students to enroll, a 30-minute 1:1 reading with AJ.
Course start date: May 6, 2026.
All sessions are recorded and replays are made available to enrolled students.
2. Payment and Pricing
Early Bird pricing is $297 USD and is available until April 25, 2026. After that date, the price moves to $333 USD and remains available until the course begins.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By enrolling, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the live, time-limited nature of this course and the immediate access granted to course materials, bonuses, and community spaces upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made.
This includes but is not limited to:
Changing your mind after enrolling. Being unable to attend live sessions (replays are always provided). Technical issues on your end that prevent attendance. Dissatisfaction with the course content, teaching style, or outcomes.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read the full course description on the sales page and are making an informed decision to purchase.
If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing course materials, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.
4. Payment Plans and Failed Payments
Where a payment plan is offered for the Course, your enrollment is granted in full upon the successful processing of your first payment, on the condition that all subsequent installments are paid in full and on time.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically for each installment on the scheduled date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and ensuring sufficient funds are available on each scheduled billing date.
If a scheduled payment fails for any reason — including but not limited to insufficient funds, expired cards, declined transactions, or closed accounts — the following applies:
We will notify you by email at the address on file. We may also attempt to reach you through other channels, including direct message on Instagram or text.
You are responsible for updating your payment method or arranging an alternative within 7 days of the first failed attempt.
If the failed payment is not resolved within 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend your access to course materials, replays, live sessions, and community spaces until payment is received.
If the failed payment is not resolved within 30 days of the first failed attempt, your enrollment may be cancelled. Any payments already made remain non-refundable per Section 4 (Refund Policy), and the outstanding balance remains due.
Suspension of access for non-payment is not a termination of these Terms. All other provisions, including intellectual property protections and the prohibition on chargebacks, remain in full effect during any period of suspension.
Payment plans are offered as a courtesy, not a right. Failure to complete payment plan installments constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of access, cancellation of enrollment, and pursuit of the outstanding balance through any lawful means.
5. Intellectual Property and Use of Course Materials
All course materials, including but not limited to live session content, recordings, replays, slides, handouts, the 2026 Baddie Astrology Guide, the Saturn for Business Baddies masterclass, written materials, and any other resources provided as part of the Course, are the intellectual property of AJ Sharp Astrology and are protected by copyright.
Your license: You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your own personal learning.
What you may not do:
You may not share, distribute, resell, or redistribute any course materials, replays, or recordings to any other person, in any format, for any reason.
You may not record, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce live sessions.
You may not use course materials to teach, train, or create competing products or services.
You may not share your login credentials or replay links with anyone else.
Violation of this section will result in immediate removal from the course without refund and may result in legal action.
6. Code of Conduct
The Baddie Blueprint is a space built for growth, learning, and honest community. To protect that space, we require all students to:
Treat AJ and fellow students with respect at all times.
Keep what is shared in live sessions confidential. What is said in the room stays in the room.
Engage constructively. Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect is not.
Refrain from promoting your own products, services, or businesses to other students without permission.
We reserve the right to remove any student from the course, without refund, who violates this Code of Conduct, disrupts live sessions, harasses other students or AJ, or otherwise engages in behavior that undermines the learning environment.
7. Educational Purpose and Results Disclaimer
The Baddie Blueprint is an educational course. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
While we share client stories and results from past students, individual results are not guaranteed. Testimonials and examples are not a promise of any specific outcome for you. Your results depend on many factors, including but not limited to your own effort, circumstances, decisions, and actions taken outside of the course.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
We make no guarantees about specific career, financial, relationship, or personal outcomes.
Astrology is a tool for reflection and decision-making, not a prediction of the future.
Any action you take based on information shared in the course is your own decision and your own responsibility.
8. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
This is important. Please read carefully.
The Baddie Blueprint is an educational astrology course. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological care, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any other form of licensed professional service.
AJ is not a licensed mental health professional, therapist, doctor, financial advisor, or attorney. Nothing shared in this course should be interpreted as a substitute for professional care of any kind.
Session 4 of this course discusses topics including burnout, patterns, intimacy, and the deeper houses of the birth chart (8th house, 12th house, Chiron). These topics may bring up difficult emotions or memories. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, trauma, or any condition requiring professional support, please seek the care of a qualified mental health professional before, during, or after this course as needed.
If you are making significant decisions about your finances, your relationships, your health, or your career based on anything discussed in the course, we strongly encourage you to also consult with a qualified professional in the relevant field.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction and agree that AJ Sharp Astrology and AJ are not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on course content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Sharp Astrology, AJ, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your enrollment in or participation in the Course, including but not limited to:
Any decisions you make based on course content.
Any emotional, psychological, financial, or physical consequences of applying course content to your life.
Any loss of income, opportunity, or relationships.
Any technical issues, service interruptions, or loss of access.
Your total maximum remedy under any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
10. Privacy
Any personal information you share during the enrollment process or within live sessions will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the course (for example, payment processors, email platforms, and Zoom).
We do not sell your information.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment and remove you from the course without refund if you:
Violate these Terms.
Violate the Code of Conduct.
Share, distribute, or redistribute course materials.
Engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment for other students.
Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after enrolling in good faith.
12. Chargebacks
By enrolling, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for any charge related to the Course. If you have an issue with your enrollment or believe a charge was made in error, contact us directly first at aj@ajsharpastrology.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from the course without refund. This includes chargebacks initiated in response to a failed payment that has not been resolved through direct communication with us.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, enrolled students will be notified by email. Continued participation in the course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your enrollment in the Course shall be resolved in the courts of New York City.

BADDIE HQ MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Founder rate lock and rejoin policy. Members who join during the founders round (May 24 to June 24, 2026) at the founder rate keep that rate every month they remain an active, paying member. The founder rate stays locked as long as membership remains continuous. If a member cancels and later rejoins, they rejoin at whatever the current public rate is at that time. The founder rate is not retained through a break in membership.
Pricing for future cohorts and rate changes. Founder members keep their founder rate as described above. Pricing for members who join after the founders round may change over time. Members will be given at least 30 days advance notice before any change to their own monthly or annual rate.
Live calls and masterclasses. Members get access to two live calls per month (Astro of the Month and Hot Seat Readings) and at least one free monthly masterclass. Live calls and masterclasses are recorded when possible and replays are made available to active members. Access to replays ends when membership ends. Live call dates and times are subject to change with advance notice, and on rare occasions a call may be rescheduled or replaced with a recorded session.
Founder bonuses. Bonuses unlocked during the Founders Challenge, including any milestone masterclasses or bonus content, are delivered to active members during the founders round. Access to founder bonus content continues for as long as membership remains active.
Course access. Birth Chart Bootcamp and Saturn for Business Baddies is included as a member benefit. Access to both through your membership ends when your membership ends. Member discounts on other courses (including Saturn Glow Up and Baddie Blueprint) apply only while membership is active. Any course purchased separately, outside the membership, remains yours regardless of membership status.
Member discounts and first access. Member discounts on readings and courses, and first access to booking links, apply only while membership is active. Discount codes provided to members may not be used after cancellation.
Member conduct. Membership may be cancelled by AJ Sharp Astrology at our discretion for behavior that disrupts live calls or other members, or that violates community standards. In such cases, any unused portion of an annual payment may be refunded at our discretion.
Cancellation. Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your Podia account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access continues through that period.
Monthly plans. Monthly memberships are billed each month on the date of original signup. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future billing, and access continues through the end of the current month.
Annual plans. Annual memberships are billed in full at the start of the term and grant access for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan before the end of the term, access continues through the paid period and the plan does not renew at the end. Refunds for the unused portion of an annual term are not provided, consistent with the discounted rate offered on annual plans.
Refunds. Membership fees, including monthly and annual payments, are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate billing or technical error. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
Failed payments. Membership is granted on the condition that your monthly or annual payment is processed successfully. If a scheduled membership payment fails for any reason, we will notify you by email and may attempt other channels. You are responsible for updating your payment method within 7 days of the first failed attempt.
If a failed payment is not resolved within 7 days, your access to the membership — including live calls, replays, bonus content, included courses (Birth Chart Bootcamp and Saturn for Business Baddies), and member discounts — may be suspended until payment is received. If the failed payment is not resolved within 14 days, your membership may be cancelled. Cancellation for non-payment does not waive any outstanding balance owed.
If your membership is cancelled for non-payment and you later wish to rejoin, you will rejoin at the current public rate at that time. The founder rate is not retained through a cancellation for non-payment, consistent with the founder rate lock policy above.
